Will my balloons match the colors shown online?
Balloon colors may vary slightly due to lighting, balloon batch, and environment. Slight variations are normal and expected. Colors often appear different once inflated and in natural light.
How long will my Signature Helium Balloons last?

When displayed indoors and handled gently, our specially treated Signature Balloons remain beautifully inflated for up to one week or longer.
My balloons appear cloudy or spotted. What should I do?
Latex balloons may naturally develop a cloudy appearance or spots due to oxidation, temperature changes, or humidity. This is normal and does not affect the structure or quality of the balloons.
Why do balloons sometimes pop, and how can I help prevent it?

To help extend balloon life, we recommend handling them as little as possible once placed, keeping them out of direct sunlight and heat, and avoiding sharp edges. While proper care can help, balloons may occasionally pop without a visible cause.
