Orders require a minimum of 2 days’ notice prior to delivery.

During high-demand periods (holidays, peak seasons), we recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure availability. ​

For same day delivery, custom timing, large installations or special delivery requests , please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing. ​​​
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations​

Order change requests may be submitted within 48 hours of purchase, subject to approval and availability.

To request a change, customers must contact us directly at popandbloomseattle@gmail.com with their order number and requested update. All order changes are subject to approval and availability.

Changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made and perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages & Order Issues​

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives with significant damage, or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue where appropriate. Photo documentation may be required to review and resolve claims.

Color & Appearance Disclaimer​

Balloon colors may appear different depending on lighting, balloon batch, and environment. Slight variations are normal and expected.

Balloon longevity depends on factors such as temperature, sunlight, handling, and placement. We are not responsible for normal wear, deflation, or damage that occurs after delivery.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
